831 is Sydney's fanlisting collective, graciously hosted by Rukia! :D This site came alive on August 8th, 2005.
831 refers to: 8 letters, 3 words, 1 meaning... aka I love you :) The palsameal part is just "831" in Korean: 팔삼일~
This collective was formally called "Suki" but I liked 831 better :D

All my layouts are made using a glossy 1440x900 and tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, though there is emphasis on the first two :)

This is version 4 and features Alexander Skarsgård, my unhealthy obsession :) It bothers me how simple it is (layout block :/) but I love this picture of Alex so I can't help putting this up! "Jag ålskar dig" is "I love you" in Swedish because Alex is Swedish and I love Alex ahahaha XD It also works as a tie-in for the collective's name hehe :)
